Shipping, Delivery and Availability Policy
We ship to all locations in the Continental United States. Delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. Upon delivery, inspect your order by ensuring the correct number of boxes was delivered and the model/item number matches the number on your invoice. If you believe there has been a mistake, contact Southern Safety immediately.
Most products are shipped from our Macon, Georgia location within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) depending on availability and time order was placed. Some products could be shipped from alternate supplier warehouses. If an out of stock situation occurs, we will contact you to see if you want to “backorder” the item and wait for it to become available. You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped. Please provide a correct email address with your order.
Return Policy
Southern Safety Supply accepts refunds on products within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Special orders and discontinued items may not be returned. Privacy and Security Policy
Southern Safety Supply collects information about its customers for the purpose of filling their orders. Southern Safety Supply does not use customer information including, but not limited to, shipping and billing information for anything other than orders.
Southern Safety Supply provides online ordering through a secure network transmitting encrypted payment information through our credit card processing company network. All online transactions with Southern Safety Supply are handled with SSL and 2048-bit encryption keys
